- FAX any print outs or documentation that could help the support staff better understand your inquiry
- Where applicable, email a copy of the project (.APJ) or CAD (.ACD) file related to your inquiry
- If you have acquired your AVAware software from a third-party (ie: a manufacturer or reseller), please be sure to include this information with your support request
